Key Ingredients
Rich in fatty acids close to those the skin produces naturally, it softens and replenishes moisture as the scrub works — so exfoliation never feels harsh.
An antioxidant that helps support the skin's natural barrier, used here to soothe and protect freshly exfoliated skin.

What are homeopathic tissue salts?
Twelve mineral salts, prepared homeopathically, first set out by Dr Wilhelm Schuessler in nineteenth-century Germany. Melissa has selected specific salts for their place in a skincare formulation, where they support the skin's moisture balance and condition.
They are used in very few skincare ranges — and they are in every Pūraka product.

- Wet face and neck with warm water
- Take a small amount of scrub and massage gently in circular motions, avoiding the eye area
- Focus on areas of congestion — nose, chin and forehead
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water
- Follow with Pūraka Hydrating Super Serum or Face Serum Oil
Use two to three times a week. Daily use is not necessary and may be more than skin needs.
A 60ml tube lasts most people around 8–10 weeks with twice-weekly use.

Pūraka was made by Melissa Foreman, a practising homeopath and naturopath with over twenty years in natural health, beauty and essential oils. Every product is formulated and hand-made in small batches, with homeopathic tissue salts included throughout the range — a detail Melissa considers non-negotiable.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment being confirmed. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.
UK delivery
We ship across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. All orders are sent on a tracked service, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to your doorstep.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and chosen service.
International delivery
We currently ship to selected international destinations via Royal Mail. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking your order
All orders are sent on a tracked service. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
Whilst we do our best to meet the above timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us, and we'll look into it straight away.
Lost or missing orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch at hello@purakaskincare.com, and we'll work with Royal Mail to resolve it as quickly as possible.

All Pūraka products are shipped in packaging that reflects our commitment to sustainability. We use minimal, recyclable materials wherever possible.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every Pūraka product. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Unopened products
If you change your mind, we accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original condition within 60 days of purchase. Please get in touch at hello@purakaskincare.com, and we'll guide you through the process. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or there's a fault with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo and a brief description. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 1–7 working days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.
