Some mornings your skin needs more than water and hope. The Hydrating Super Serum was formulated to give it exactly that — rosewater and frankincense to hydrate and tone, peptides and plant oils to support firmness, and homeopathic tissue salts, selected for what they do for the skin. This is one of our two hero formulas, made by hand in small batches.

How to use
- Cleanse with the Pūraka Cleansing Wash to prepare the skin.
- Dispense one pump of Hydrating Super Serum onto clean fingertips.
- Massage gently into face and neck using upward strokes.
- Follow with the Active Day Cream or Face Serum Oil to seal in hydration.
- Use morning and evening for best results.
About Pūraka
Pūraka was formulated by Melissa Foreman, a practising homeopath and naturopath with over 20 years of experience in natural health and skincare. Every product is made by hand, in small batches, with homeopathic tissue salts selected for what they do — not for how they sound on a label. Every ingredient has a purpose. Nothing in here by accident.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment being confirmed. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.
UK delivery
We ship across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. All orders are sent on a tracked service, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to your doorstep.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and chosen service.
International delivery
We currently ship to selected international destinations via Royal Mail. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking your order
All orders are sent on a tracked service. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
Whilst we do our best to meet the above timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us, and we'll look into it straight away.
Lost or missing orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch at hello@purakaskincare.com, and we'll work with Royal Mail to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Packaging
All Pūraka products are shipped in packaging that reflects our commitment to sustainability. We use minimal, recyclable materials wherever possible.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every Pūraka product. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Unopened products
If you change your mind, we accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original condition within 60 days of purchase. Please get in touch at hello@purakaskincare.com, and we'll guide you through the process. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or there's a fault with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo and a brief description. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 1–7 working days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.
